FUgum operates an online store offering branded products, apparel, accessories, and chewing gum (collectively, “Products”). These Terms govern your use of our website, all purchases made, and any related services we provide.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.

2. Products & Orders

  • All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time without notice.

  • Product images and colors shown online are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from actual items due to display settings, lighting, or manufacturing differences.

  • By placing an order, you represent that all information provided (including billing and shipping details) is accurate and complete.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

3. Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Apparel and accessories are fulfilled through Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider. Orders containing gum and other items may ship separately.

  • Typical fulfillment times are 2–7 business days, plus shipping time depending on your region.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or lost packages once an order leaves our facility.

  • Tracking information will be provided where available.

4. Payments

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bitcoin (via BTCPay or other providers).

  • All transactions are processed securely through WooCommerce and its integrated payment gateways.

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice.

  • You agree to pay all applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs associated with your order.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Apparel and merchandise fulfilled by Printful are made-to-order. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or misprinted items.

  • For gum and other consumable items, returns are not accepted once the product has left our facility for health and safety reasons.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@chewfugum.com with photos of the issue and your order number.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the issue is verified.

6. Food & Safety Disclaimer (for Gum Products)

  • FUgum chewing gum is a food product intended for standard consumption.

  • Always check ingredients before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities.

  • Our gum is not intended for children under 3 years old due to choking risk.

  • FUgum is not liable for adverse reactions or misuse of the product.

  • Do not consume expired or tampered packaging.

If you have any concerns about ingredients or allergens, contact us before purchasing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, brand names, artwork, product designs, text, and graphics — is the property of FUgum or its licensors.
